Abstract

This review deals with techniques of mixing enzymes and reactants in on-line determination of enzyme activity by capillary electrophoresis. The on-line methods, principles and applications in microanalysis and techniques based on transverse and longitudinal diffusion are discussed. Trends of future development of the field are outlined.
