Non-peptide Angiotensin II Receptor Antagonists - Potential Drugs against Hypertension
Abstract
The review concerns the most effective structures of non-peptide Angiotensin II receptor antagonists as potential drugs for hypertension treatment. The structures are subdivided into three groups according to binding affinity to the receptor. The basic structure - activity relationships of these structures are discussed.Downloads
