Abstract

A new type of differential measurement of permeability was described. The influence of temperature changes and flow rates on the accuracy of permeability measurement were tested and the device was calibrated by gas chromatography. The dependence of measured permeability coefficients on the flow rate of a carrier gas was investigated and a correction for elimination of the flow rate effect was proposed.
