Abstrakt

This contribution presents a method of conjugation of monoclonal antibody CD20 with diethylenetriaminepentaacetic anhydride, the preparation of yttrium-90 and lutetium-177 radionuclides and the preparation of complexes of the antibody with the radionuclides. The complexes show high specific activities.
