Abstract

Determination of phenolic pollutants, alkyl-, chloro- and nitrophenols, in solid matrices was studied. The procedure involving extraction, preconcentration, derivatization and GC analysis was optimized step by step. A simple method for analysis of phenols in sludge was described.
