Proteomics Represents Complex Approach in Studies of Regulation of Bacterial Physiology
Abstrakt
This review deals with recent developments in complex molecular biology, which is moving from descriptive towards dynamic or quantitative proteomics, and its use as a tool in the studies of microbial physiology. It describes basic methodological strategies as well as examples of several projects where this approach is used in the studies of gene expression regulation in primary and secondary metabolism of industrially important bacteria.Stahování
